Nesmaspoint – Store Management & Bookkeeping App
A store management and bookkeeping app that helps small-to-medium businesses keep accurate sales and subscription records.
Challenge
Small-to-medium store owners needed to track store activity in real time, manage transaction logs and control subscription-based access, without relying on a traditional desktop bookkeeping system.
What I built
I built the app UI and workflows in Flutter with a responsive, mobile-first design.
- Sales records: add, edit and track product sales and returns, organized by category, date and revenue
- Store bookkeeping: day-to-day accounting and structured cash-flow tracking
- Subscriptions: a subscription model for premium features, covering active, expired and renewable subscriptions
- Secure authentication: token-based sessions so only authorized users can reach sensitive store data
Tech
Flutter on the front end. I integrated all of the Node.js backend APIs, developed the token-based authentication logic for login, refresh and session expiry, and implemented error handling, session timeouts and role-based feature access.

- Store owners can manage sales records digitally and keep more accurate books
- Sensitive store data is protected by an authentication-first design
