Gargash MIS – Invoice & LPO Management App
An enterprise app for a Dubai-based client that simplifies invoice delivery and Local Purchase Order management, online or offline.
Challenge
A Dubai-based client needed to streamline invoice delivery, LPO (Local Purchase Order) management and reporting while cutting manual data entry. Staff often work in areas with poor or no internet, so the workflow had to continue offline and keep records accurate.
What I built
I developed an invoice delivery and LPO management system for the client.

- Invoice delivery management: digital generation and tracking of client invoices, with structured delivery logs showing date, amount and status
- LPO handling: create, manage and approve LPOs directly in the app, synchronized with the backend for secure audit logs
- Offline capability with smart sync: full functionality without internet; the app syncs and clears local storage once it is back online
- Responsive, simple interface: a lightweight UI built for business operations, with a minimal learning curve for administrative staff
- Custom API integration: securely connected to a custom backend built specifically for Gargash

Flutter on the client with a .NET backend, connected through a custom API.

- Less manual processing of financial documents and more accurate LPO tracking
