Meta Staff is a secure enterprise mobile application developed exclusively for Sabroso Pakistan to streamline internal operations. It unifies staff attendance tracking, field sales monitoring, asset management, and audit workflows in one platform. Designed for both office and field teams, the app enables real-time reporting, offline functionality, and mobile sensor integration for accurate data collection, ensuring efficiency and transparency across departments.

Key Features:

  • Geo-Fenced Attendance System:
    • Attendance is logged only within a specific office radius.
    • Validated through device ID and precise location tracking.
  • Salesman Live Location Tracking:
    • Utilizes device sensors such as gyroscope, accelerometer, and GPS.
    • Supports offline tracking with sync on re-connection.
  • Visitor Logbook Management:
    • Digital log of all office visitors with time stamps and entry/exit records.
  • Asset Management System:
    • QR Code-based scanning and tracking of all company-owned assets.
    • Allows physical verification and audit tagging.
  • Customer Relationship & Order Management:
    • Manages Sabroso’s customer list with complete history and new order logging.
  • Audit & Reporting Module:
    • Internal staff can log and track audit issues or verifications related to processes, assets, or field operations.
  • Strong Security & Authentication:
    • User access restricted by device ID binding and role-based permissions.

My Contributions:

  • Full-Cycle Development: Designed and developed the entire app from scratch to deployment.
  • Backend Design & Integration: Integrated robust backend logic for real-time sync, secure auth, and data storage.
  • Sensor & Location Integration: Implemented sensor-based tracking for precise user movement logging.
